will be open in Aug 2020 in Ito Campus.

The very first International Residence has its Grand Opening in SEPTEMBER 2020,
making it possible for students from all over the world to live and learn
whilst being together in the same comfortable environment

There is a community room that has Pool Table and Free Wifi, Study Room, and Prayer
Room helping to support your own individual life style.

Is SETTLE International a dormitory of Kyushu University?
SETTLE International is a private operator of the accommodation.
Can I stay in SETTLE International even though I am not a Kyushu University Student?
No, SETTLE International is for Kyushu University Students only, apart from authorised people and staffs.
Do I have to have meal plan?
Meal Plan is optional. You can choose either with meal or no meal when you move in.
Can I have a look the rooms?
SETTLE International is middle of building at the moment, but we are going to have a showroom in the building.
Can I rent monthly?
No you can't.
Can I have a room sharer?
No, all rooms are single occupancy only.
Is there a female only floor?
Due to security reason there isn’t female floor.
For obvious reason all room has same curtains too.
Does fridge in the room comes with freezer?
Yes it does, all room has a fridge/freezer.
Does mattress come with the bed in the room?
No, mattress is not included.
Please arrange your own mattress and bedding.
Is there TV in each room?
No there is no TV in the rooms.
Is there an intercom in each room?
Yes , the intercom with a monitor which is connected to the main entrance.
Is there any fee for using internet?
No, we provide internet and free of charge. If you are planning to play large capacity online game, you have to have your own internet contractor.
Is there WiFi?
There’s a LAN cable in each room. To be able to use WiFi in your room, you need a wireless router.
Community space and study room have access to WiFi.
Is there any rule during stay?
There is no curfew at SETTLE International,
but there are rules for using restaurant, community areas and so on.
Can anyone from outside use community space?
Community space is for the residents as well as authorised staffs only. It’s not open for public.
Can anyone use Prayer Room?
Yes as long as you are staying our accommodation.
Is the restaurant only available to residents?
Yes, the restaurant is open only for people whose living in SETTLE International.
Is there any day that you don’t provide food at the restaurant?
Yes, every Sunday, public holiday, New Years Eve, New Years, GW, Obon and so on. We provide food on every Saturday.
What to do on the day with the food there is no meal?
It is up to you. If you wish to cook, use your own kitchen.
There are convenience stores and few restaurants near by.
Is the restaurant self-service system?
Yes it is.
Please show your restaurant card that your room number is on at the restaurant, then you can help yourself to get your meal.
